CDC Designer
Complying development must be designed to meet the requirements of statewide legislation. Select a property, see the controls that apply, then place buildings on the lot and test them against setbacks, height and site coverage before you commit to a design.

Start by searching for a NSW property. This opens the CDC Eligibility Checker, which shows whether the property is eligible for complying development and which types of development could be approved. Then choose a permissible development and continue to the CDC Designer to design it on your lot.
